My workspace is restricted i dont know why please help me out i have my Collage project running

Your workspace is currently restricted, and unfortunately we're not able to share the specific reason. Since your workspace is on a trial, you can resolve this by upgrading to a paid plan (Hobby or Pro) at railway.com/workspace/plans, which will automatically lift the restriction.

even if you are not able to resolve can i please download all my files any way i can download all those it is my project i dont have backup its on your servers itself can i download it?

We're not able to grant access to data on restricted workspaces, but upgrading to a paid plan at railway.com/workspace/plans will lift the restriction and restore full access to your project, at which point you can download or back up your files.
