My workspace restricted even after adding billing account

It is failing to create any service showing message 'Your workspace has been restricted. Please attach a payment method or contact support to resolve this.'

I successfully added the billing method as well, but still showing the same message.

Your workspace is currently on a Hobby trial, but the $1 verification charges on your card were all declined, meaning the payment method was not successfully added. You can verify this at your billing settings. Once a valid payment method is accepted (the $1 verification charge must succeed), the restriction should be lifted. If your current card continues to be declined, you may need to use a different card.

Actually i have checked and I clearly see $1 is deducted. but the railway status is not updating.

On our side, all three $1 verification charges show as declined or canceled, meaning the payment method was not successfully added. What you see on your bank statement is likely a pending hold that will be released automatically by your bank within a few days. Please try adding a different card at your billing settings to complete the verification and lift the restriction.
