Database still empty

To confirm, are you still having issues after restarting the service? If so, can you confirm whether both the private network address and public network address are inaccessible?

Also struggling with this. I've tried everything I can think of but I think it's out of our hands. The service has been redeployed, restarted, upgraded, restored.. SSH to attempt to access MySQL all failed, using Railway CLI to railway connect just provides ERROR 2026 (HY000): TLS/SSL error: self-signed certificate in certificate chain. But the dashboard itself cannot access the database so I can't configure it.. Out of ideas and people are beginning to ask for this data..

Same thing here, my database dont react, I have tried multiple times, but what I cannot believe is that there is no customer support more than this "Discussions" . Is there a way to get human customer support ? I need to pull information from my database though it doesnt allow me to. Can some human reach directly to me ?

Let us know if you are still having a problem - I saw in a different thread you had solved your issue, but I'm not sure of the timing between the two.
