mysql docker version seems to upgrate do 9.0 version and not stay on current version

please don't upgrade automatically the versions since it cause a breakalso now mysql doesn't start and now how can i recover my data? this is urgent guys!!!! is there any snapshot or something ?

the automatic version should NOT be automatic or at least let the user to choose if we wanna update our mysql image!
