Erro message: mysqld: Can't open file: 'mysql.ibd' (errno: 0 - )

From the logs -

Invalid MySQL server downgrade: Cannot downgrade from 90000 to 80402. Downgrade is only permitted between patch releases.

Looks like you tried to downgrade the mysql version.
