I have a workflow in n8n called, Deep Research Planner. This connects to a webhook on this workflow, Deep Research Executor. When it reaches the Executor, it has crashed majority of the time. It doesn't look like i'm running out of memory or cpu.. Could you help shed light on this please?

Apologies but this looks like an issue with the application level code. Due to volume, we can only answer platform level issues here
