One day while i was working on a workflow, my workflow didnt even start and since then, not a single workflow is working and its not an issue with any of the workflows. Went into my deployment and its got a bunch of bugs. I didn't deploy it myself btw. How do I trace, debug and solve the issue?

You have to check the Executions tab. If everything shows “Waiting” or nothing appears at all, the trigger nodes probably never fired. If there are red-marked executions, click one to see the stack trace and node where it failed.
Can you share more details? Have you tried restarting the service, redeploying or rolling back?
