Hello, I started using railway recently and I ran into a difficulty, I deployed n8n my flow works well in the test but in production it does not respond, the requests enter a queue. I imagined it was because I used the free plan, but I decided to pay for the hobby plan to see if that was it and it still doesn't work.

The message appears:

This execution will start once concurrency capacity is available. This instance is limited to -1 concurrent production executions.

I tried adding the variable EXECUTIONS_CONCURRENCY=5

But it didn't work either, can you help me?
