My account was in trial mode and i didnt realize, when it got downgraded my deployments got taken down, thnanks for that btw, like wtf, could have just downgraded them instead, but now my healthchecks are just not working, and i cant deploy anything

Hey! It seems that you don't have a healthcheck path configured. You will need to add it to your service's settings. https://docs.railway.com/reference/healthchecks

If a deployment is failing due to healthchecks failing, it means that your service does not return a 200 at the configured endpoint path. Apologies but this looks like an issue with the application level code.
