n8n hosted on railway no longer works with google APIs

Yesterday railway was working flawlessly. I was able to create google credentials for gmail and sheets. Today I tried to create credentials when but when I did google gives a vague error attached below. I am still able to to create google credentials for n8n instances I am hosting elsewhere but any template, project, or or workspace on railway results in the exact same error I gave below. The weirdest part is that on the instance I was able to create credentials on yesterday I still have access to the API through those credentials, I just can't create any others

I have the same problem here.
almost 100 students trying to use railway for that purpose and we can't connect over Oauth.
Railway can you do something about it, pls?
We have to use the limited SA access or create a custom domain, which is impossible for our student amount.
Thanks.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but we cannot provide support for third-party software. For help with n8n, the best place to get it would be n8n's own forum, or you can wait and see if a community member comes by and offers help here.

And I would just like to clarify that any issues with OAuth and n8n would not be the fault of the Railway platform or product; that would be a configuration or setup issue with n8n on your end.

Best,
Brody

Hello unfortunately the only fix I could find is purchasing a domain and adding the domain to the n8n project

I'm having the same problem too.

Hello the fix I found I to buy a domain then use that domain instead of the default one. The n8n node should have a built in way to add a new domain then it will ask you to add a record and then you have to redeploy the n8n instance and it should work.
