This is entirely dependent on what you have deployed. I recommend checking out your resource usage under https://railway.app/account/usage and looking at projects consuming high resources, including n8n's docs and memory leaks in your workflow.

Unfortunately, we can't assist you further with figuring out why your bill is higher than normal - it's out of our control, and akin to asking a utilities company "why is my water bill high". We only know how much resources you consume, we don't know why.
