Hey, the hobby plan costs $5 a month and includes $5 worth of usage for that month. The minimum hard limit you can set is $10, before Railway shuts off all of your services. As testuser123 has mentioned above, you don't pay n8n anything, as you are hosting it yourself, you will pay for the resources that were consumed on Railway.
