I recently update n8n and I update/deployed also Postgres and Redis which (I believe) caused to loose all my workflows.
I am on a Hobby plan and don't have backups.
Is there a way to recover my workflows?

Hi there, so how do you recommend updating N8N ? I just typically do "Re-Deploy", had no issues so far, but today I did that and lost all my workflows as well. I have a Postgres database that is showing a birth-volume that is almost full, but I have no workflows at the moment ! Are the workflows stored in that birth-volume ?!

Yup, they might be there and you should double check! I'd recommend using persistent volumes and also enabling backups so you have your data preserved in case of any issue as well
