I think in the process of trying to fix this, I made it worse. I tried to mess around and connect my n8n primary instance to a different postgres in railway since I'm new to railway and wanted to mess around to see what would happen. I then quickly realized that would not work so I switch back my environment variables.
I carried on using n8n for a few days with no issues but then as I go to redeploy I notice errors in my logs with redris that says ENOTFOUND and I need to check my redris host. This also caused my worker to crash as well.
I ensured all environment variables were correct with no luck so I created a new n8n w/ workers instance so I can closer copy the environment variables but I forgot that my database passwords and I did not save these anywhere.
Is there a way I can reset this instance or a way to transfer data to a new workflow since I don't have access to my n8n to save my workflows individually?

I resolved this by looking at deployment history and looking at the env variables that worked with past deploys.
