n8n Workflow Stuck on “Loading” — Doesn’t Run After Deploy

Hey Railway team,

I deployed an n8n project and everything looks like it starts fine — no crash errors or billing issues — but my workflow just stays stuck on “loading” and never actually runs.

Setup Info:

  • Railway Pro Plan (well under usage/budget)

  • n8n version: 1.102.0

  • Postgres logs show some “checkpoint” activity but no fatal errors (included a screenshot just in case)

I changed all those variables but also changed

EXECUTIONS_MODE=regular

N8N_RUNNERS_ENABLED=false

OFFLOAD_MANUAL_EXECUTIONS_TO_WORKERS=false

And my workflows are running
