Hello, can you please elaborate on what became slow?

Generally speaking, if you haven't done it already, you would want to have all of your services to be in the same region to minimize latency across them.
I am running a workflow after activating, previously it use to respond quickly now after I have subscribe to pro, it has slow down
its basically a chat bot, there is no change in the logic, its exactly same, but it has gone slow

Are they all under the same Singapore region, as in all in non-metal or metal?
I downgrade to non-metal thinking it may improve the performance, I know it sounds silly but want to try it out

Interesting, do you mind migrating all of your services back to Singapore metal? Metal utilizes newer hardware and is therefore faster.
yea I can do that. And one more thing, if I increase the number of instances, would it create multiple instances of containers and if yes then how would they sync, i hope that wont create any such issue
hello, for some time I've been trying to pay my railway credit but my card is rejected. I've tried with several cards but it still doesn't work, so I want to know if I can retrieve the data from my database hosted on railway.

They are individual instances where the traffic is distributed randomly across them.

The pro plan offers more features, however the performance should be identical to the hobby plan as they are still deployed on the same servers.

In this case, you can downgrade the plan here https://railway.com/workspace/plans.
