N8N workflows lost after new deployment

I've updated my N8N instance by re-deploying the "Primary" in the N8N w/workers template. Up until today I had no issues with this, but today after a new deployment I lost all of my workflows and my Postgress DB is showing a "birth-data" that is almost full.

This is worrisome, I had client workflows setup in N8N that I now have to rebuild. Is there a way to recover the lost workflows ?

Yup, they might be there and you should double check! I'd recommend using persistent volumes and also enabling backups so you have a copy of your data preserved in case of any issue as well
