I can't create a GitHub project I'm in free mode but as far as I know it's possible to create a project easily! And I can't do it, I've already checked my account and nothing.

Hey! If you connected your GH account and wasn't able to deploy your repositories it means you didn't pass our verification process (which depends on a number of factors, including the age and activity of your GitHub account).

Yep, medim is correct, you are on a limited trial and will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
