This is an urgent request. The locked workspace contains production data (n8n workflows) for which there are no local backups. I am not asking to unlock the workspace — only to get a data dump from the Postgres service or temporary access for export.

Your workspace has an active restriction, which is why your services are stopped. We're not able to share the specifics of why it was applied. While the restriction is in place, we can't provide access to services or data in the workspace, including running database exports or granting temporary access. For a paid-plan workspace, the restriction can't be lifted, and if you'd like to end the billing relationship you can cancel from your workspace billing settings. We're sorry about the situation with your production data.
