Need billing explanation for my client

  1. In 2024 november 27 i paid 10$ it should lasts untill 27 january 2025, but in 30 december 2024 service was stopped due to zero account. That is why i paid again on 9 january 2025 and asked support explanation.

    Please, i need to understand

All payments invoices. Question - why service was stopped before 27 january 2025 if i payed in 27.11.2024 10$? It means approximately 27.11.2024 -> 27.12.2024->27.01.2025 yes?

Hello,

Railway's Hobby plan costs at minimum $5 per month, so at minimum you are paying $5 a month.

  1. Loaded $10 - Nov 27th 2024

  2. - $5 for Hobby plan - Nov 27th 2024

  3. - $5 for Hobby plan - Dec 27th 2024

And now you are left with zero dollars and thus your services were shut down.
