Hello. My account's free trial has ended. My project stores uploaded pictures & audios in "public/uploads", but now as the trial has ended I want to export this folder. I can't find an option to view/download any of my project's directories/files. I am using NodeJS along with ExpressJS. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: I have a found out about the Railway Volume Dump template. However, when I tried to deploy it, it said "Free plan resource provision exceeded. Upgrade to create a new project." So, that didn't help, even when I permenantly delete another project.

Hello,

You would need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to continue using the platform.

Best,

Brody

I'm sorry but we cannot accommodate that request, to access a service and it's file, it needs to be online, and that requires a paid plan.

This is getting really frustrating. I haven't even received a reminder that free trial was about to end. All of a sudden, I just found my web app down. You can't tell me there is no way to retreive this "uploads" folder other than upgrading, there has to be a way.

I understand your frustration, and I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Unfortunately, accessing your project's files directly would require the service to be online, which is only possible under a paid plan.

I recommend considering the Hobby plan, which costs $5/month and includes $5 in usage credits.

For more details on Railway's pricing plans and to help you decide, you can refer to the Pricing Plans documentation.
