I just registered a name with cloudflare. I have not been able to find th menu where you can add your custom domain name and ssl cert. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

your service is what you want to make public (a git repo, etc)

youll be able to find this if you go to your service -> settings -> public networking -> add custom domain. railway will generate a value that you need to add to your cloudflare DNS so it can be registered and picked up
