Tried to upgrade a already runnig hobby pla to pro, when the payment failed, it suddenly changed my account to trial and suspended 11 live websites!!! I restarted every single service but now i have a problem with the mega webapp not working anymore i need assistance asap!! THE S3 BUCKETS SHOW ACCES DENIED EVEN WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE FILES, PLEASE ITS A RAILWAY BACKEND ISSUE ABOUT PERMISSIONS THIS IS A MASSIVE LIVE SITE NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP!!!

yes i have done that, the thing is i cant even view the files, when you click files it says acces denied
i really need someone to get on a call with me or something this is urgent, i dont care how much we have to pay, our bussines is offline

Are you currently on the trial/free plan because of the failed payment during plan upgrade?
so i was on hobby, and then when the upgrade failed, it switched me to trial and then suspended everything

Did you regenerate the credentials when you were temporary on the trial? Can you try generating credentials again if this is the case? Additionally, can you also confirm afterwards, that this is not just an issue when accessing the bucket through the dashboard but also when programmatically?
so i did regenreate credentials about 15 minuets ago again, it stil does not work
i physicaly cant acces the the bucket in my workspace even, its not that my api cant see the bucket, i cant even view my files in my bucket

Thanks for the details, and sorry for the disruption to your sites. The good news is your workspace is back on an active Pro plan, so the plan change and suspension have cleared on our side. The bucket access being denied across your whole workspace, including from the dashboard file browser and external S3 clients after regenerating credentials, points to a storage-side permission state that we need to fix for you directly. I am getting this in front of our object storage team now so they can restore access to your buckets. Your files are not lost, this is an access issue on our end.

Thank y ou, all sites are online currently but yes please inverstigate. And investigate the bug for where a payment fails , that failled payment glitched the site into saying i had a trial account and that it expired. Thats a huge bug please get it fixed before someone else falls in that trap
