My free trial ended and, I got mislead because I thought I would have 1 dollar usage for free and if I used more then I would have to pay. Turns out I cannot deploy my application anymore so what I want now is to access the data that exists on my Postgres volume so I can have that data locally

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive and all services, including Postgres, show as removed. Per our data retention policy, volume data for Trial/Free accounts is retained for 30 days after expiry, and for Hobby accounts, 60 days after cancellation. If your data is still within that retention window, you could resubscribe from your billing settings, redeploy the Postgres service, and then use the TCP Proxy to connect externally and export your data.

So I have to pay in order to get my data back?

Yes, you would need to subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month) to redeploy your Postgres service and export your data. There is no way for us to export database data on your behalf. The Hobby plan includes $5 of included usage each month, and your account still has $2.96 in credits. You can subscribe from your billing settings.
