Railway doesn't offer DNS management for domains purchased through the platform, so you won't be able to change the nameservers to Cloudflare directly.

Since your domain was purchased less than 2 days ago, we can refund it for you. From there, you'd purchase the domain through Cloudflare (or another registrar that offers DNS management), then add it as a custom domain on your Railway service by pointing a CNAME record to your service's Railway-provided URL.
