We initially received $5 in free credits and created a PostgreSQL database without any projects. Once our balance was depleted, we lost access to the database. We then purchased the HobbyPlan, but now we’re unsure how to regain access to the database. All we need is to create a backup, but it seems like deployment is required. Could you clarify what steps we should take? The deployment process creates a new project, but we only need to access the database for backup purposes without setting up any new projects.
