Hello Railway Support,
My trial has expired, and I need to preserve important uploaded photos and album data from my Sportrix website.
Project: alluring-light
Environment: production
Service: sportrix-web
Volume: sportrix-data
Mount path: /app/data
The volume has no backups, and my local project does not contain the photos uploaded through the website's admin panel. The dashboard previously showed a scheduled deletion date of November 7, 2026.
Could you please confirm whether any supported recovery or export option is available without activating a paid subscription? Please preserve the existing volume and do not delete or modify it.

We don't give access to volume contents or export data for you while a trial is expired, but you don't need a paid subscription to get it back.
You can switch to the Free plan using "Downgrade to Free" on the plans page, then redeploy your service. Once it is running again on its volume, you can download the photos and album data yourself.
