I've removed all deployments for the service, however one phantom instance has been still running for months costing me $10 a month. I can't track down how to shut it down completely

I can still see the logs for this container and service metrics show there’s CPU and memory activity

Sure, here's screenshots showing there are no active deployments, yet the metrics are showing activity and the logs keep appearing for health check pings from the service

Do you have any replicas on this service?
If you have the link to the deployment, have you tried removing it with it's 3-dot menu?

It's been set up as 1 replica. The deployment shows up as removed, I can only either redeploy or rollback. Not quite sure if there's anything I can do from the UI

Doesn't seem like there is just needed to be sure before I got the team involved, I shall escalate!

Hey! I'm so sorry for this, I've raised this internally and we'll take care of it. I have credited your account $40 to hopefully cover the cost of running a container against your will. Let me know if that falls short of what you've already paid.

Thank you! It's not really about the money already spent, but would be great for this service to stay disabled for the time being and not waste money in the future :)
