Not sure if railway has an outage. Containers fail to deploy. Build is fine tho.

This is likely caused by the current outage. See updates at https://status.railway.com/. (As of right now it has not officially been called, but once it is you will be able to see it there.)

There is no guaranteed time of resolution but because this is a platform-wide issue I assume all hands to be actively working on it.
