Please I did help all my projects are being connected through a private database connection but I am still being charged for network, and some of my projects don't even use database and it's still charged why is that

Hi,
This is entirely dependent on what you have deployed. I recommend checking out your resource usage under https://railway.app/account/usage and looking at projects consuming high resources, and troubleshoot why it's doing so.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist figuring out why your bill is higher than normal - it's out of our control, and akin to asking a utilities company "why is my water bill high". We only know how much resources you consume, we don't know why.
If you'd like to control your spending on Railway, I highly suggest enabling Usage Limits (https://docs.railway.app/reference/usage-limits).
