My service can't reach outbound. It seems inermittent. 3/9 of singapore services are failing even after re-deploy and restart

getting same issue from Singapore from last 2 hours and no support service and status showing 100% uptime ? is the time to change to other provider ?
I redeployed again an hour later and its back up now. Still very concerning

I did redeployed multiple times for 30m but still not working... i am not sure even sure the team is aware because the status page looks everything its fine. its crazy

Should be fixed now, apologies for the trouble
I have a startup check if outbound works and that deployment failed so i checked network flow logs right away and saw the same error

We're aware of intermittent outbound connectivity drops affecting some services, where outbound connections fail while internal networking and DNS keep working, and we're actively investigating. If you hit it, the quickest workaround is to redeploy, which moves your service onto a fresh host and restores connectivity. If it happens again, reply here with the rough time it started and we'll jump on it while it's live. Those real-time reports are exactly what help us track down the cause.
