Hi Railway Support,
We're experiencing a critical service disruption affecting our production application since approximately 06:30 UTC today (March 15, 2026). All outbound HTTPS requests from our Railway services are timing out, including calls to multiple independent external APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, Cerebras). Sentry is also completely unreachable with Errno 101: Network is unreachable.

Affected services:
translation-worker(primary)background-worker- Web service (outbound API calls only — inbound webhooks are being received normally)
Symptoms:
- All outbound HTTPS requests to external APIs time out (multiple independent providers across different hosts)
- Sentry ingestion endpoint (
o4510597450170368.ingest.us.sentry.io) returnsNetwork is unreachable(Errno 101) on every retry - LINE webhook delivery TO our service is working fine — the issue is outbound only
- Image fetches from LINE's content API also timing out
Evidence this is infrastructure-level:
- 6+ completely independent API providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Groq, Cerebras, DeepSeek) all failing simultaneously with identical timeout errors
- Sentry (separate host/network entirely) also unreachable with a socket-level error
- Our application code has not been deployed or changed — this started mid-operation
- Inbound traffic works normally, only outbound is affected
Impact:
- Our SaaS translation service (LINE bot serving ~1,500+ active groups) is completely down for all users
- We are actively receiving user complaints via our support channel
Could you please investigate whether there is a networking issue affecting outbound connectivity from services in the Singapore region? Any ETA on resolution would be greatly appreciated — our users are actively impacted.

I think i have a similiar issue, service cannot make any outbound TCP connections. curl https://api.anthropic.com times out. IPv6 is unreachable, IPv4 times out.
