Cleared this from our end. Your domain got wedged partway through setup, which is why the panel kept showing "Creating" and no amount of refreshing or switching browsers would fix it, the stuck state was on our side, not in your session. It's now finished provisioning and marked active. Reload the Networking panel and it should show the domain normally. Your app was reachable at the generated URL throughout, so nothing was actually down. Let us know if the panel still looks stuck after a refresh.
