New account service creation limit not lifted after upgrading to Hobby

Hi Railway team,

I recently created a new account (yunshangshop@outlook.com) and started deploying on the Trial plan. I've upgraded to the Hobby plan, but the service creation limit is still blocking me.

The error I get when running railway add --service:

"You've hit the service creation limit for new accounts (25 services per day)."

I currently have only 8 services in my project (ai-native-store). Could you please lift this restriction so I can continue deploying?

Thanks!

The "25 services per day" cap is a rolling 24-hour limit applied to newer accounts, separate from your Hobby plan limits. It isn't lifted by upgrading - it applies regardless of plan. As your earlier service creations age past the 24-hour mark, slots will free up and you'll be able to create more.
