Hi, I would like to create a new postgres instance. However, after creating - it is stuck in the "Applying 19 changes" screen. Usually I wouldn't complain but I feel like this has been happening quite a few times now in the last 6 months and it is slowly getting annoying.

We currently have multiple customer projects hosted on railway - would love to stay, but this kind of unreliability makes it extremely hard for us to work on our projects. Anything we can do? Is the issue on our side?
