New Deployment getting Internal Server Error

I deployed an updated version last night while Docker was being updated and it deployed successfully, but my website is getting an Internal Server Error. Preproduction I was able to login to the server completely fine without any errors.
anyone else having issue deploying since last night?

Your application returning an internal server error wouldn't be related to dockerhub doing maintenance, that is purely an application level issue and you should look into your logs to find out what is going wrong with your app.

Yup, definitely application level. it was trying to import tkinker.
