What is happening in that 5 minute time span, please add more information.

Page just says "Deploying", build had been completed in 3 seconds.

What are you seeing in the build logs?

Everything as usual, build time and publish time, the issue only occurs when it moves to deploying stage. Redeploying it a few times usually speeds up the process. Seems to be maybe an issue with Railway from what I can tell since it can be solved by redeploying.

^ Would just like to note that it hasn't seemed to happen to my most recent two deployments, perhaps it was a slight delay on Railways side that is perhaps now resolved, however will see as I continue to deploy more changes.

Likely something got a little congested somewhere, let me know if it continues.

There are improvements in the pipeline to hopefully speed these things up.

Got it, everything seems to be pretty good now from my side.

Maybe not, currently have a deployment currently stuck at "Deploying" image attached.

Update - build now says "Failed" with error message below in build logs

I'm also facing this. Build completes quickly as per usual, but deploy isn't running. Status is: Deployment is in progress

Update: It does end up deploying after ~10 minutes

I am currently seeing +13 minutes on a deployment. I was seeing +5 minutes yesterday.

In the Build logs:
"Build time: 64.15 seconds"
"Publish time: 24.42 seconds"

And now it's been "DEPLOYING Deployment is in progress" for 11+ minutes…

Same issue here. This is quite concerning.

We are also experiencing >30min deploy and unusually long build times.
EDIT: deployments fail-out after ~45min.

same for me. 'buiilding' for 6+ min, cancel and restart doesnt help, logs just go normally and then they stop at some step; like for me right now its

Same here, build started ~10min ago, have tried removing / starting again, no improvement.

Same here, i tried to generate one more build after @rc response but no success. My region is set to Europe and last build was taking 25m so i stopped to re-deploy.
