I am getting this error:

FATAL: private key file "/var/lib/postgresql/data/certs/server.key" must be owned by the database user or root

after changing my docker image to one that has an extension i need: https://hub.docker.com/r/pgduckdb/pgduckdb

The server is unable to start up! Nothing has changed and this pgduckdb docker image is based on the base pg one, which I've seen in other threads is the recommended way to add an extension to railway. What am I missing?
