New domain ‘not available’

Hello,
I have a 3 character domain with an .p extension that would like to use for a Railway project but when I try to add it I got “Not Available”.
Are there some limitations about this?
How can I add my own domain?

The project ID is 6c1fbf40-1738-4a03-9c84-07f26292ecdf

Is that a handshake domain? if so, those are not supported as they don't exist in the public DNS.

I think yes. I didn’t know the difference. So there is no way to use this kind of domain?
