Description:
Created a new private repository Finorda/Platform-DMS and added it to Railway's GitHub App permissions. The repo does
not appear in the "Connect Repo" dropdown when configuring a service, even after:
1. Adding the repo to "Only select repositories" in GitHub App settings
2. Switching to "All repositories" and saving
3. Switching back to "Only select repositories" with all 3 repos selected
4. Disconnecting and reconnecting GitHub integration
5. Refreshing Railway multiple times
Expected behavior: New repos added to GitHub App permissions should appear in Connect Repo dropdown within a
reasonable time (seconds to minutes).
Actual behavior: Finorda/Platform-DMS does not appear. Only Finorda/Platform and Finorda/Platform-QCS are visible.
Environment:
- Organization: Finorda
- Project: QCS-Staging (project ID in URL: 4575b11e-6b0d-45ac-b438-670c1e48b19d)
- Repository: https://github.com/Finorda/Platform-DMS (private)
- The repo exists on GitHub with main and dev branches pushed
this is the second report I have made of this bug - you fixed the first one thank you - however i have about 5 of these to set up so it would be good if the fix was permanent - thank you

One last ask, can you show us the GitHub App permissions and the scope of repos that it sees?
