I get logs right up until the last deployment, after that, the log viewer just says as pictured.
App is still up and running and functioning, so I know there should be logs

This is still happening?
Is there any incident report? All was fine before the ui changes to log viewing?
Can we get access to the logs directly via api instead?

Just spoke to the team. The new log viewer uses the same data source as the old one, so any issue here is with your app.
Are you forwarding your logs to stdout? Something must have changed in your code between this and the last deployment

It was an issue on our end and has been fixed, your logs are back.
P.S. It was not related to the new logs UI.
