New Metal runtime breaks builds and prevents custom dns

Hello,

My FastAPI backend build crashes when ever railway chooses metal. So I had to eliminate the option and now the FastAPI builds don't fail.
Another problem was today. I created a custom dns for Expo project. It gave 502 Bad Gateway errors until I tried to run legacy instead of metal. Just so everyone knows about these problems.

Hello,

We are going to be fully deprecating the Legacy runtime and the Non-Metal regions, so it would be best for you to debug your application-level issues that prevent you from using the newer infrastructure.
