New railway environment doesn't track changes

The issues:
* Even though it's connected to track changes on main on my github repo, it's not actually following them. Merges are being ignored though I see my other production services still tracking along with changes.
- Likely related -- when i hit "Wait for CI" and deploy, it reverts back to being disabled (basically it won't actually save)

We fixed a bug that broke GitHub connections for some services when forking environments. Your environment's connection has been restored and should now track changes on main. Push a commit to verify.
