Hi there, I'm new to Railway and my Postgres db is hanging in the console for over 24 hours (spinning wheel in Database UI in the console). I restarted and redeployed and nothing, can't connect via terminal anymore either, just hangs as well after connecting.

I was connecting fine through terminal and on web prior to this.
