I'm getting such error when trying to build the project.

do you have a railway.json? if so, please send it
@Brody Thanks champion. I managed to solve this issue. I don't know why for some reason the deploy runtime was set to PODMAN instead of V2 in the settings. That happened after linking the project via railway CLI.
I just changed it to V2 the setting under the settings tab.
