That's exactly the problem, since I already have a project running, and I'm charged monthly for the service, but today I decided to log in using my credentials and the account was set to trial

I've done all of that and, since the github account and email account are linked then everything led me to the trial account

It is possible the original account was created with a slightly different email or a separate Google login, even if your GitHub and email appear linked now.
