No Apps or Database Deployment after Github Connection

I had $5 in credit a few days ago and deployed two databases for testing. One was deleted after an hour, and the other a few days later. I then wanted to deploy some apps for testing, so I connected my GitHub account. However, now I can’t deploy any apps or databases. i thought deletion might take few days but still it shows I have 5 services running and $4.93 in credits left.

Resolved.
Bucket was deleted
MeiliSearch was deleted
Backend was deleted
Console was deleted
Redis was deleted
these were added, in danger zone i deleted these, dont know how they were added though
