My app hasn't been working for four hours. It says there's a connection error with the Postgres database. I'm losing a lot of customers. These problems happen consistently once a month. What's the issue?

restart your postgres service and then your other services depending on it

I already ran redeploy and it didn't help. Or do I need to restart?

We had an incident earlier that caused some running workloads to be unexpectedly terminated while the status in the UI didn't properly update. This has since been resolved, but in some cases, you may need to redeploy your services.
