No deploy logs : "No logs in this time range"

the deploy logs are not consistently available from one deployment to another (same service).

some of my services DO display logs appropriately, but this particular service does NOT consistently show (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't depending on the deploy).

We experienced a service disruption that affected log ingestion, and this has now been resolved. Your logs should be visible again. If you're still not seeing recent logs, try triggering a redeployment on your services.
