No longer able to deploy GitHub repos - "Error: Problem Your Request"

My company is no longer able to deploy to Railway. We are facing a series of serious issues that is preventing our platform from being operational on Railway.

When linking a repo initially through our organization, we are faced with the following error:

"Error: Problem processing request"

We previously had the same repo linked to Railway, but we were experiencing problems with PRs environments not being deployed. To attempt to correct the issue, we took the following actions:

  1. Deleted the project from Railway.

  2. Disconnected my GitHub account from Railway

  3. Deleted the Railway app from GitHub.

Then, we:

  1. Reconnected Railway with GitHub

  2. Configured the GitHub app

Now, we are no longer able to import any repos from GitHub. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Update Feb 5, 2026. 12:03pm PST: I was finally able to get the repo linked, but I can't deploy the project. Railway is throwing this error: "There was an error deploying from source"

Update Feb 5, 2026. 12:43pm PST: Issue is fixed! There were ES lint issues with our project that were not apparent while testing on local.

For Railway: It would be great if you improved your error handling so users could better identify why deployments fail.
